Finance Sector Analysis: Manjushree Leads the Sector While Nepal Finance Struggles at the Bottom

The financial report till the month of Chaitra reveals a significant shift in total sector volume, rising from 189,659 in 2081 to 704,046 in 2082. Manjushree Finance Limited maintains the lead position with a current figure of 218,910, compared to 171,119 in the previous year. Other top performers include Gurkhas Finance Limited, which reached 129,474, and ICFC Finance Limited at 103,122. While Goodwill Finance Limited moved from 15,222 to 101,336, several companies continue to navigate challenging figures.

At the lower end of the rankings, Nepal Finance Limited reported -78,625 for till Chaitra 2082, down from 1,700 in Chaitra 2081. Similarly, Janaki Finance Company Limited and Progressive Finance Limited recorded figures of -29,089 and -24,743 respectively for the current period. Despite these outliers, many institutions such as Best Finance, Reliance Finance, and Samriddhi Finance successfully moved from negative positions in 2081 to positive standings in 2082.
