Sanima Equity Fund allotment of Rs 1.30 arba concludes; 21,135 applicants allotted with cent percent applied units

Sanima Equity Fund has concluded its public issue allotment yesterday.
As per the notice published by the Sanima Capital, the fund manager of the Sanima Equity Fund, there were altogether 21,135 applicants and all the applicants were allotted with the units they demanded. Out of total issue, 10,97,07,320 units were allotted to the general public.
Although Sanima Equity Fund had floated its public issue of 12 crore unit shares worth Rs 1.20 arba, the fund size was increased by Rs 10 crore to Rs 1.30 arba. It had floated public issue from Mangsir 21, 2074 to Mangsir 22, 2074. Around 15% units was reserved for Sanima Bank.
Sanima Equity Fund is a closed-end 7-years equity oriented mutual fund scheme with fund size of Rs 1.20 arba. The mutual fund is managed by Sanima Capital Limited and Sanima Bank Limited is its fund sponsor.
