Sanima Equity Fund is closing its public issue of 12 crore unit shares worth Rs 1.20 arba today (Mangsir 22, 2074).
Sanima Equity Fund is a closed-end 7-years equity oriented mutual fund scheme with fund size of Rs 1.20 arba. The mutual fund is managed by Sanima Capital Limited and Sanima Bank Limited is its fund sponsor.
The offer was open from Mangsir 12, 2074.
As per the official of Sanima Capital, “the issue has collected Rs 1 arba 22 crore from around 20, 000 applicants till last day.”
'It is preliminary figure, data are yet to be compiled. After all the issued shares were subscribed we have closed the issue', added the official.'
Interested people must apply for a minimum of 100 units of share and they can apply for up to 24,00,000 unit of shares.
The mutual fund will be issuing a total of 12 crore unit of ordinary shares worth Rs 1.20 arba at face value of Rs 10 per unit.
Interested applicants can apply through ASBA-approved banks from all 75 districts across the country.
