Rastriya Banijya Bank’s 11th AGM on Baisakh 26; to endorse merger with NIDC Dev Bank

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBB) is going to convene its 11^th AGM at Hotel Annapurna, Durbarmarga, Kathmandu on Baisakh 26, 2074. The main agenda of the meeting is to provide authority to its BOD for necessary preparations for merger with NIDC Development Bank Limited. Cabinet meeting of the ministers held on Jestha 14, 2073 had signed a strategic agreement to merge both the government-owned banks. Other agenda of the AGM includes endorsement of financial highlights of the FY 2072/73. RBB has earned net profit of Rs 1.21 arba in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74.
