Gurans Laghubitta Calls 11th AGM on Kartik 10 to Endorse 10% Dividend; When's the Book Closure?

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) has called its 11th AGM on 10th Kartik, 2083. The meeting will be held at the Hile Kanjirowa Makalu Hotel, Dhankuta, Dhankuta, starting at 9:00 a.m. that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10% dividend from the profits of FY 2082/83 for shareholders. The 168th meeting of the board of directors, held on Ashwin 02, decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 13.23 crore. 9.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.25 crore and a 0.50% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 6,61,790.27 have been proposed.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report along with the profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2083/84.
The book closure date is from Ashwin 28. Therefore, the shareholders who maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
