Four Candidates Shortlisted for NEPSE CEO, Interviews Set for Ashwin 23

The Ministry of Finance has shortlisted four candidates for the vacant Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE).
The Selection and Recommendation Committee formed by the Ministry of Finance issued a notice on Ashwin 19, 2083, announcing that Anil Raj Paudel, Nawaraj Sapkota, Narayan Prasad Sapkota, and Pratap Subedi have been shortlisted for the second stage of the selection process.
The shortlist was prepared from a total of eight applications received in response to the vacancy notice published on Shrawan 12, 2083. The committee prepared the shortlist in accordance with Section 6.2 of the Procedure for Selection and Recommendation, 2083.
The shortlisted candidates will now undergo further evaluation based on their leadership capabilities, presentation of their proposed work plans, and interviews.
The presentation and interview sessions have been scheduled for Ashwin 23, 2083, at the Ministry of Finance in Singha Durbar, Kathmandu. The sessions will be conducted in Contact Room No. 419.
According to the schedule, Anil Raj Paudel will make his presentation and attend the interview at 7:00 a.m., followed by Nawaraj Sapkota at 8:00 a.m.
Similarly, Narayan Prasad Sapkota is scheduled for 5:30 p.m., while Pratap Subedi will appear at 6:30 p.m. The committee has instructed all shortlisted candidates to be present at the interview venue 30 minutes before their respective scheduled time.
The selection process is expected to determine the next CEO of NEPSE, which has been operating with the position vacant.
