NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 NAV surges to Rs 16.26 on Baisakh end compared to Rs 15.45 on Chaitra end; profit rises by 40.60%

NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1 (NMBSF-1) a closed-end 5 years mutual fund scheme promoted by NMB Bank Limited, and operated by the bank’s subsidiary NMB Capital Limited, has reported growth in net asset value (NAV).
The fund’s NAV rose to Rs. 16.26 at the end of Baisakh 2073 from Rs 15.45 at the end of Chaitra 2072.
The mutual scheme which began with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has invested Rs 83.89 crore in the listed share of total 76 listed companies and Rs 7.59 crore in public issues, right and bonus share. The fund has collected Rs 75 crore in fixed deposits.
Out of its total investment in listed shares, NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1has bought 639,687 unit shares, the highest shares of Nabil Balance Fund-1.
NMBSF_1 reported net profit of Rs 11.14 crore for the month of Baisakh up from Rs 7.12 crore in the month Chaitra. Net profit rises by 40.60%.
The last traded price (LTP) of NMBSF-1 stood at Rs 12.10 as on May 17, 2016.
