NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 NAV surges to Rs 14.17; highest investment in Nepal Doorsanchar

NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1 (NMBSF-1) a closed-end 5 years mutual fund scheme promoted by NMB Bank Limited, and operated by the bank’s subsidiary NMB Capital Limited, has reported rise in net asset value (NAV).
The fund’s NAV rose to Rs. 14.27 at the end of Magh end, which is a slight increase over Rs 13.40 reported at the end of Poush.
The mutual scheme which began with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has invested Rs 67.27crore in the listed share of total 75 listed companies and Rs 12.43crore in public issues, right and bonus share. The fund has mobilized Rs 75crore in fixed deposits.
Out of its total investment in listed shares, NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1has bought 40,890 unit shares, the highest shares of Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited.
NMBSF_1 reported net profit of Rs5.21crore for the month of Magh from Rs 4.13crore in the month Kartik.
The last traded price (LTP) of NMBSF-1 stood at Rs13.10 as on February 17, 2016.
