NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1 NAV slightly increase to Rs 14.47; NTC highly bought by the fund

NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1 (NMBSF1), a 5 years close-ended mutual fund scheme promoted by NMB Bank Limited, and managed by the bank’s subsidiary NMB Capital Limited, has reported increase in its Net Asset Value (NAV). The fund’s NAV increased to Rs 14.47 at the end of Ashwin from Rs 14.31 at the end of Bhadra 2074. The mutual scheme, which began with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has investment of Rs 65.64 crore in shares of total 68 listed companies and Rs 4.94 crore in public issues, right and bonus share. The fund has set aside Rs 12.50 crore in fixed deposits and Rs 1.40 crore in bonds and debentures. Out of its total investment in listed shares, NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1 has bought 44,295 unit shares, the highest shares of Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited. NMBSF-1 reported net loss of Rs 51.76 lakh for the month of Ashwin 2074.
