Bonus Shares of Mandu Hydropower Limited Limited Listed on NEPSE

13,63,637 unit bonus shares of Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 17th AGM on 1st Ashwin, 2083, and endorsed a 10.0.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. The board of directors meeting had decided to distribute 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 13.63 Crores and a 0.5263% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 71.77 lakh.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
MANDU closed at Rs. 501.00.
