NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 & Nabil Balanced Fund -1 reports NAV plunges to Rs 17.51 & Rs 26.33 respectively on Ashwin end

NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1 (NMBSF-1) a close-ended 5 years mutual fund scheme promoted by NMB Bank Limited, and operated by the bank’s subsidiary NMB Capital Limited, has reported slight decline in net asset value (NAV). The fund’s NAV dropped to Rs. 17.51 at the end of Ashwin 2073 from Rs 17.92 at the end of Bhadra 2072. The mutual scheme which began with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has invested Rs 91.38 crore in the listed share of total 75 listed companies and Rs 3.66 crore in public issues, right and bonus share. The fund has collected Rs 7.5 crore in fixed deposits. Out of its total investment in listed shares, NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1 has bought 6, 39,687 unit shares, the highest shares of Nabil Balance Fund-1. NMBSF_1 reported net profit of Rs 8.97 crore for the month of Ashwin up from Rs 6.82 crore in the month Bhadra. Profit rose by 31.47 percent. The last traded price (LTP) of NMBSF-1 stood at Rs 14.61 as on October 24, 2016. Likewise, Nabil Balanced Fund-1 (NBF-1), a close-ended five years mutual fund scheme managed by Nabil Investment Banking Limited has reported decrease in its Net Asset Value (NAV). According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV declined to Rs 26.33 at the end of Ashwin, 2073 from Rs 29.38 posted in last month. The NAV of the fund is above the par value of Rs 10 per unit. The scheme, which began with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has invested Rs 1.45 arba in 67 listed companies’ shares, Rs 11.44 crore in debentures, and Rs 6.66 crore in non-listed shares as of Ashwin end. The fund reported a net profit of Rs 30.96 crore in the month of Ashwin from Rs 34.66 crore last month.  Its profit declined by 10.67 percent. Out of its total investment in listed shares, Nabil Balanced Fund-1 has bought 129,710 unit shares, the highest shares of Hydroelectricity Investment & Development Company Limited (HIDCL). The last traded price (LTP) of NBF-1 stood at Rs 22.56 as on October 25, 2016.
