NIBL Samriddhi Fund’s NAV slides down to Rs 12.20 in Magh end; NIBL Pragati Fund at Rs 8.73 only

NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 (NIBSF1), a 7 year close-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL Capital Markets Limited, has reported shrinkage in Net Asset Value (NAV) in Magh 2074 end.
According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV was at Rs 12.20 per unit, as compared to Rs 12.61 in Poush 2074.
The scheme which was with a total fund of Rs 1 arba, has invested Rs 85.68 crore in listed shares and Rs 7.74 crore in public issues, right shares and bonus shares.
NIBSF1 reported a net loss of 9.40 crore for the month of Magh, from net loss of Rs 5.26 crore for the month of Poush.
Out of its total investment in listed shares, NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 has bought 15,64,000 unit shares, the highest of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 1. However, its highest investment of Rs 3.58 crore in 42,167 shares of Chilime Hydropower Company Limited.
NIBL Pragati Fund (NIBLPF), a 7 years close-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nepal Investment Bank, has reported a decline in NAV to Rs 8.73 for the month of Magh from Rs 9.16 as on Poush 2074.
The scheme which was launched with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has total investments of Rs 55.72 crore in listed shares and Rs 5.21 crore in public issues, right shares and bonus shares as of Magh end.
NIBLPF reported a net loss of Rs 9.86 crore for the month of Magh, from net loss of Rs 6.59 crore for the month of Poush.
Out of its total investment in listed shares, NIBL Pragati Fund has bought, 1,19,900 units shares, the highest of Siddhartha Equity Oriented Scheme.
