NEPSE claims the TMS issue is resolved; Market still closed

NEPSE has issued a new notice stating that the TMS issue has now been resolved.
The notice claims that the market has already opened from 2:15 pm. The trading session closing time has also been extended to 5 pm today.
However, the market is still not open yet. It is 2:26 already at the time of writing.
What do you say about this irregularity and mismanagement in Nepal's only capital market?
