NCM Merchant SGM on Baisakh 8; to change name of the company to “Sunrise Investment Banking Limited”

NCM Merchant Banking Limited will be convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Baisakh 8, 2073. The SGM is going to be held at NCM Merchant Banking Limited, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu at 11: 00 PM. The main agendas of the SGM are:
  • To increase its issued capital up to Rs 20 crore and paid up capital up to Rs 10 crore.
  • To change the company’s name to “Sunrise Investment Banking Limited” and amend Article of Association and Memorandum of Association accordingly.
  • To extend the tenure of Chief Executive Officer.
  • To amend Article of Association and Memorandum of Association as per directed regulatory authorities
NCM Merchant Banking Limited was operating as a subsidiary of NIDC Capital Markets Limited. After acquisition of NIDC Capital Markets by Sunrise Bank, it has been operating as the subsidiary of the commercial bank.
