LIC Nepal announces 25% stock dividend; Paid up to reach Rs 1.06 arba

Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited (LICN) has announced 25% stock and 1.32 % cash dividend for the tax purpose to its shareholder .
The 78th BOD meeting of the company held today, decided to give the 26.32 dividend from the profit of fiscal year 2071/72. This dividends is subject to approval from Beema Samita and the upcoming 14th AGM of LICN.
The current Paid up capital of the company is Rs 85.55 crore where as after the distribution 25% bonus share the paid up capital will rise to 1.06 arba.
Last year, LICN had distributed 30% bonus from the profit of the fiscal year 2070/71.
