Last day to grab public issue worth Rs 80 crore of Global IME Sammunati Scheme-1; Collection crosses Rs 80 crore, issue to be of Rs 1 arba

Global IME Sammunati Scheme-1 has been floating its public issue of worth Rs 80 crore from Falgun 2, 2072. Today is the last day of public issue as per the notice published by the company. As per the official of Global IME Capital Limited, “The total collection of the public issue reached more than Rs 80 crore till yesterday (Falgun 4, 2072). It is only tentative data final data is yet to be compiled as more data are pouring in. The issue is more likely to be of Rs 1 arba" Global IME Samunnat Scheme-1 is a 7 years closed-end mutual fund scheme. The mutual fund scheme is managed by Global IME Capital, a 60 percent subsidiary of Global IME Bank. The offer closes today (Falgun 5, 2072). The maximum closing date for the offer is Falgun 16, 2072. Interested people must apply for a minimum of 100 units of share and they can apply for up to 80, 00,000 unit of share. The mutual fund company is issuing a total 8 crore units of ordinary shares at face value of Rs 10. Out of 80 crore unit share the company has allocated 1.10 crore or units shares 13.75% for the Global IME Bank Limited, 10 lakhs or units  shares 1.25% for the Global IME Capital Limited and 6 crore 80 lakhs units for general public.
