Global IME Sammunati Fund-1 to refund IPO non-allottees from today;Investors requested to visit respective collection centers

Global IME Sammunati fund-1 is refunding excess money collected from investors from today (Chaitra 17, 2072).
The mutual fund scheme had floated its public issue of worth Rs 80 crore from Falgun 2, 2072 to Falgun 5, 2072. The scheme received a total of 5,466 applications. The public issue collected Rs 1.67 arba in four days.
Those shareholders applying for more than 5000 units shall have amount collected in their respective bank accounts mentioned below:
The company has urged non-allottee investors to visit their respective collection centers with receipt to collect their refund money through account payee cheque.
The non-allotees have to bring their receipt slip with a copy of citizenship or authorization letter to collect their payment slip.
Global IME Capital Limited is the issue manager.
Investors who applied for up to Rs. 50 thousand or 5000 units (small investors) were allotted 100% of the shares applied whereas investors who applied for more than Rs. 50 thousand (big investors) got 47.47 percent of the applied shares on pro-rata basis.
Out of 80 crore unit share the company has allocated 1.10 crore or units shares 13.75% for the Global IME Bank Limited, 10 lakhs or units shares 1.25% for the Global IME Capital Limited and 6 crore 80 lakhs units for general public.
