26,53,200 units Promoter Shares of Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited (LICN) have now been converted into ordinary public shares.

The company had recently convened its 19th AGM for the FY 2076-77 and endorsed the decision to convert of 10% promoter shares to ordinary shares to make promoter : public ratio from earlier 80 : 20 ratio to present 70 : 30 now. 

With this conversion, the promoter to public shareholding ratio of the company is now 70.:30. As of writing, the LTP of LICN IS Rs. 1,660.
