Womi Laghubitta closing 62,183.80 unit promoter shares auction; interested bidder can apply till banking hour today

Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (WOMI) is closing the auction of 62,183.80 units promoter shares from today (Kartik 28, 2076). This issue was open since Kartik 21.

WOMI had issued 1,010,880 units as 100% right shares for the existing shareholders of the company. The unsubscribed shares (Ordinary share: 46,509.20 units and Promoter share: 76,703.80 units) were auctioned previously. From the previous auction, the ordinary shares have been fully subscribed whereas promoter shares were under subscribed. Therefore WOMI is opening the auction for 62,183.80 units promoter shares.

Siddhartha capital is the issue manager. The bid applications can be submitted at the following locations:
