Nepal Chamber of Commerce Elects New Leaders Across 24 Departments

The Nepal Chamber of Commerce has completed the selection of leadership for its subject committees following its 73rd Annual General Meeting. A total of 24 department chairs have been elected.

Notable appointments include Senior Vice President Deepak Malhotra as Chairman of the Disaster Management Council, Vice President Urmila Shrestha as President of the Women's Chamber, and Vice President Deepak Shrestha as President of the Employer Council.

Leaders include Vice Presidents Surendra Kumar Shrestha, Nilkantha Chaulagain, and Santosh Kumar Pandey as chairmen of the Physical Coordination Council, Institutional Coordination Council, and District Coordination Council, respectively. Honorary Vice President Arjun Prasad Sharma has been elected as the Chairman of the International Promotion Committee.

Other key chairmanships include Devendra Bhakta Shrestha for Consumer Welfare and Security Coordination, Parshuram Dahal for the Revenue Committee, Raja Ratna Tuladhar for Hospitality, Rastra Bhushan Chakubaji for the Fair Committee, and several others in various sectors such as agriculture, industry, commerce, and tourism. The new working committee was formed with Rajesh Kaji Shrestha elected as the chairman of the advisory council.
