Vijaya Laghubitta & Barun Hydropower Co. share trading commence from today; stock symbol as VLBS & BARUN

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) had signed an agreement on Ashwin 19, to list its 14,00,000 units Ordinary Shares in NEPSE for trading. The trading has commenced from today. As per the notice published on NEPSE, the open range is set with range from Rs 104 to Rs 312 for the first transaction. The stock symbol for Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sansthan Limited is set as VLBS. VLBS had floated its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 420,000 unit shares at Rs 100 face value from Chaitra 18 till Chaitra 22, 2071. VLBS appointed NIBL Capital Markets Limited as its Registrar to the Share (RTS). NIBL Capital will be providing various share related transactions such as ownership transfer of shares, signature verification, splitting of shares, dividend distribution, among others, and all other services related to share registration from its office.   Barun Hydropower Company Limited (BARUN) had also signed an agreement on Ashwin 19, to list 24,30,000 units ordinary Shares in NEPSE for trading. It had floated 486,000 units of ordinary shares to general public. The trading has commenced from today. As per the notice published on NEPSE, the open range is set with range from Rs 88 to Rs 284 for the first transaction. The stock symbol for Barun Hydropower Company Limited is set as BARUN. BARUN had floated 24, 30,000 units ordinary shares. It had floated 486,000 units of ordinary shares to general public at the face value of Rs 100 from Falgun 16 to Falgun 20, 2071. BARUN appointed NIBL Capital Markets Limited as Registrar to the Share (RTS). .
