United Insurance allots auctioned ordinary shares; unallotted applicants to receive refunds from tomorrow

United Insurance Company (UIC) had auctioned 157,649.60 units promoter shares and 341,543 units ordinary shares from Mangsir 10 to 17, 2076.
The bids were opened in Mangsir 23, 2076. The cutoff of ordinary shares stood at Rs 180.80 and no applications were received for the promoter shares. The company has published a notice stating that the shares have been allotted in Mangsirt 27, 2076 and the amounts of the unallotted applicants will be refunded via IPS from Mangsir 30, 2076.
The company had issued 240% (1:2.4) right shares for its shareholders from Bhadra 03, 2076 to Ashoj 23, 2076.
NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue.
The existing paid-up capital of the company is Rs 30.24 crore and after the 240% right shares issue and auction, the paid-up capital will rises to Rs 102.81 crore.
