Gham Power Wins 2025 Global Climate Prize in Energy Sector

Gham Power has been awarded the 2025 Keeling Curve Prize in the Energy category, becoming one of ten global winners recognized for impactful climate change solutions. The company was honored at the TED Countdown Summit in Nairobi, Kenya, and received $50,000 to expand its clean energy initiatives.

The award highlights Gham Power’s work in delivering solar-powered solutions to rural and underserved communities across Nepal. Their innovative model combines solar technology with financing tools to make clean, affordable electricity more accessible while reducing reliance on diesel and cutting carbon emissions.
