United Ajod Insurance Opens Auction of 2,171,935 NRIC Promoter Shares from Today

United Ajod Insurance Limited has announced the auction of 2,171,935 units of promoter shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC). The auction has opened today, from 5th Chaitra to 19th Chaitra, 2082.

Eligible participants, including promoters, shareholders, and institutional investors, can take part in the bidding process. The minimum bid price has been set at Rs. 400 per unit.

Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the auction manager for the share sale.

As of the latest update, NRIC’s last traded price (LTP) stands at Rs. 1,279.80.
