Union Life Insurance observes its 3rd anniversary; in the process to issue Rs 69 crore worth IPO soon
Union Life Insurance has celebrated its 3rd anniversary on Ashoj 6, 2077.
The young life insurance company currently has Rs 2.30 arba as issued capital and will be issuing 30% of it in IPO soon, as per the media statement.
The life insurance company comprises renowned industrialists as its BoDs where Mr. Sulav Agrawal serves as the chairman, Mr. Sekhar Golchha, Mr. Sandeep Kumar Agrawal, and Mr. Jivan Kumar Agrawal as its BoDs.
