Two Major Shareholders to Sell Portions of Ownership in Hathway Investment Nepal  

Hathway Investment Nepal Limited announced that two of its major shareholders intend to sell a total of 685,747 shares over the next three months. The investment company received official formal requests regarding the planned share sale on September 18, 2026.

Under regulatory rules set by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), major investors who plan to sell 5% or more of their share holdings must notify the public at least 15 days in advance. This mandatory advance notification gives current and prospective investors clarity regarding impending ownership changes on the secondary market.
