Trust Micro Insurance Holds First General Meeting, Announces IPO Proposal and Mobile Insurance Initiative

Trust Micro Insurance Limited held its inaugural general meeting in Butwal, chaired by Jagat Bahadur Pokharel. The meeting approved agendas including the issuance of IPOs, financial reports for FY 079/80, auditor appointments for FY 080/81, and board leadership elections.

Jagat Bahadur Pokharel was re-elected as chairman, with Deepak Bohora, Rachit Kumar Agrawal, Pooja Singhal, and Namraj Neupane elected as board members.

The company also announced plans to launch mobile insurance services aimed at rural areas in the Lumbini region, inaugurating the initiative with a mobile van. Trust Micro Insurance has been expanding its non-life insurance services through multiple branches and sub-branches nationwide since its establishment in Butwal.
