Trading of United Modi Hydropower starts in NEPSE from today

Trading of United Modi Hydropower Limited is starting in Nepal Stock Exchange from today. The stock symbol UMHL has been assigned for United Modi Hydropower. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the range of first transaction is between Rs 102 and Rs 305. United Modi Hydropower Limited had listed 1,15,00,000 units shares in NEPSE last week. United Modi Hydropower Limited operates a 10MW Lower Modi-1 Hydropower project in Modi Khola of Parbat district. After the IPO, its paid up capital has reached Rs 1.15 arba. The shareholding ratio of promoter – people of the affected area – general public now stands at 75%-10%-15%.
