Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Concludes It's 11th AGM; Approves Dividend

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has concluded it's 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at Hile Kanjirowa Makalu Hotel in Dhankuta, on Kartik 10, 2083.

The meeting has approved an 10% dividend comprising 9.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.25 crore and a 0.50% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 6,61,790.27, for its shareholders.

The meeting also approved the annual report and audited financial statements for FY 2082/83, along with proposed amendments to the company’s memorandum of association and articles of association. It appointed A.B.S. & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Kathmandu, as the statutory auditor for FY 2083/84.

Operating across 13 districts of Koshi Province, the microfinance institution serves more than 25,000 households through 36 branch offices.
