Trading of Shree Investment & Finance Company starting from today after merger with Everest Finance

Shree Investment & Finance Company Limited and Everest Finance Limited had started joint transaction after merger from February 1, 2017 as “Shree Investment and Finance Company Limited”. Their share trading after successful merger is starting in NEPSE from today. As per a notice published in NEPSE, the trading will continue as Shree Investment and Finance Company Limited with the stock symbol “SIFC”. Its first transaction started at Rs 281 per share. Shree Investment and Finance Company Limited has earned net profit of Rs 2.19 crore till the end of second quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74.
