Reminder; Last day to clinch 23% bonus share of Global IME Bank

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 23% percent bonus share pledged by Global IME Bank Limited for the fiscal year 2071/72.
Only those shareholders owning shares till Kartik 11 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Kartik 12, 2072 till Kartik 29, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
The Bank will be convening its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 29, 2072.
