Tinau Mission Development Bank and Nepal Community Development Bank to start joint transaction from mangsir 22, 2076

Tinau Mission Development Bank Limited and Nepal Community Development Bank Limited have received final approval from NRB to commence their joint transaction (after Acquisition) in the name of Tinau Mission Development Bank Limited from Mangsir 22, 2076.

Currently, the paid-up capital of TMDBL and NCDB is Rs 1.14 arba and Rs 53.16 crore respectively. After the completion of the acquisition, the combined paid-up capital will stand at Rs 1.67 arba making them a national level development bank.

The registered headquarter of the company will be at Province 5, Rupandehi District, Butwal-04, Palparod.
