Taragaon Regency Hotels and Nepal Finance Limited announce their book closure dates for upcoming AGM

Taragaon Regency Hotels Limited has announced its 21^st Annual General Meeting for the Fiscal Year 2073/74. The meeting will be held at Tribhuwan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu on Chaitra 12, 2074. As per the notice published in NEPSE, the AGM will be endorsing 7.368% cash dividend of Rs 14.05 crore. The book closure date for the AGM has been set on Falgun 18 till Chaitra 12. Currently, Taragaon Regency Hotels Limited has the paid up capital of Rs 1.88 arba. Similarly, Nepal Finance Limited has also announced its book closure for AGM. The transaction of the shares of Nepal Finance Limited has been stopped since Mangsir 18, 2071. But as per the requirements laid by Nepal Rastra Bank, the book closure date has been set for Falgun 15, 2074. The AGM of the finance company will be held on Falgun 29, 2074.
