Swadeshi Laghubitta announces 20% bonus shares and 15% cash dividend including tax for FY 75/76

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend of Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDESI).

The 77^th BOD meeting of the company has decided that the company will distribute 20% bonus shares worth Rs.4.60 Crore and 13.25% cash dividend worth Rs.3.04 Crore for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76. The company will also endorse 1.75% cash dividend worth Rs.40.25 Lakh for tax purposes.

This decision is subject to approval from NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the company.
