Suspended Governor Submits Writ in Supreme Court Against Government's Decision

The suspended Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Maha Prasad Adhikari, has submitted a writ petition to the supreme court against the Government of Nepal regarding his suspension.
Adhikari pleads with the supreme court to take the matter into consideration and demands justice so that he can go back to work again.
Adhikari, in his complaint before the supreme court, has alleged that the government removed him from his position on the basis of false accusations and misuse of power by higher authorities.
The Nepal Rastra Bank Act 2058 stipulates that a committee should be formed to investigate the governor before dismissing him. However, Maha Prasad Adhikari sought the Supreme court that he had been removed without legal investigations. Even though he has taken the writ, the information of the writ being registered hasn't been confirmed by the court.
