Surya Life Insurance appoints NIC Asia Capital as issue manager to float 40% right share

Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL) has appointed NIC Asia Capital Limited as its issue manager for issuing 1:0.40 (40%) right share. Both the company have signed on the agreement today (Kartik 17, 2074).
Mr. Jhanak Raj Dhungel, Chief Executive Officer of NIC ASIA Capital Ltd. and Mr. Shiva Nath Pandey, Chief Executive Officer of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited signed the agreement.
Issuing a press statement published today, Along with providing Issue Management services, NIC ASIA Capital has been providing Depository Participants (DP), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Registrar to Shares (RTS), and advisory services to its clients. Recently, NIC ASIA Capital has also introduced Free of Cost Demat account with service fee waived for the first year.
