Surya Life Insurance allotts 3.09 lakh units auctioned shares; Company to redeem un-allotted amount from today

Surya Life Insurance Company Limited has allotted its 27,389.2 units promoter share and 2,81,912.8 units ordinary share in auction to the general public on 15th Mangsir, 2076 and refunding money to non-allottee investors from today (16th Mangsir, 2076).

SLICL had issued 70% right shares to its shareholders. Of the total 88.74 lakh units offered, 3.09 lakh units were unsubscribed. Therefore the company had auctioned 27,389.2 units promoter share and 2,81,912.8 units ordinary shares.

NIC Asia Capital is the issue manager of the auction.

The company is redeeming the amounts of un-allotted applicants from Mangsir 16, 2076.  The cutoff for ordinary shares stands at Rs 222 and cutoff for promoter shares stands at Rs 127.
