Singati Hydro Energy Limited (SHEL) proposes a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board of directors meeting on Kartik 18 has proposed a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 14.50 have been proposed. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 2.90 Arba.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's upcoming 4th AGM.
As of writing, the company's LTP is Rs. 307.90.
