Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited (SINDU) has called its 13th AGM on 27th Magh, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Sarathi, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk, starting at 9 AM.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the Chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80 and approval of their compensation.
4) Elect 3 directors from the promoter shareholding group.
5) Provide the BoDs authority to oversee any company-related merger or acquisition procedures with a suitable company.
6) Misc.
The book closure date is on Magh 16. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this AGM.
