Prabhu Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of Prabhu Select Fund and Prabhu Smart Fund

Prabhu Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme: 15th Bhadra, 2082. Thus, unit holders maintained until the 13th Bhadra are entitled to the dividend payout.
The meeting of the board of directors of Prabhu Capital Limited has decided to distribute a 12% cash dividend to the unitholders of Prabhu Select Fund (PSF), and a 10% cash dividend (including tax) to the unitholders of Prabhu Smart Fund (PRSF) for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Prabhu Select Fund is a closed-ended mutual fund with a 7-year maturity period, while Prabhu Smart Fund has a 10-year maturity period. Prabhu Capital Limited manages both funds sponsored by Prabhu Bank Limited.
