Siddhartha Insurance declares 25% stock dividend; Paid up capital to reach Rs. 34.47 crore

Siddhartha Insurance Limited (SIL) has decided to distribute 25 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
The 100th BOD Meeting of the company held on Poush 24 has proposed 25 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72.
The decision is subject to approval from Beema Samiti and the insurance’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Earlier in the fiscal year 2070/71, SIL had distributed percent 10 percent bonus share to their shareholders
Siddhartha Insurance had earned net profit of Rs. 2.87 crore in the first quarter of current fiscal year 2072/73 unaudited report. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs. 27.58 crore. After distributing 25 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs. 34.47 crore.
