Shree Investment and Finance Company proposes 26.57% bonus shares; Paid-up capital to reach Rs 80.01 crore

Shree Investment and Finance Company (SIFC) has proposed 26.57 percent bonus shares for its shareholders.

As per the notice published in NEPSE, the meeting of the board of directors convened on Baisakh 21, 2075 has decided to distribute bonus shares worth Rs 16.79 crore to its shareholders.

The decision need to be approved from Nepal Rastra Bank and shareholders in the AGM.

The current paid up capital of the finance company is Rs 63.21 crore. After the allotment of bonus shares, the paid up capital of the finance company will reach Rs 80.01 crore.
