16,35,109.84 units bonus shares of Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have been listed in NEPSE.
The 18th AGM of the company held on Poush 20, 2076 (January 20, 2020) had endorsed 26% of the paid-up capital as bonus shares for the fiscal year 2075/76. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 16.35 crores. The AGM had also endorsed a 14% cash dividend for the same fiscal year.
The same bonus shares are listed in NEPSE today. As of writing, Swabalamban Laghubitta's closing price of the last trading day is Rs. 1,245 per share.
