SEBON instructs listed companies to submit annual report regarding their corporate governance; endorses uniform reporting format for all companies

SEBON has endorsed uniform corporate governance reporting format for the listed companies in NEPSE following which all the firms will now need to submit annual report to the board in a standardized format about the provisions for corporate governance inside the firm.
The board now requires the listed organizations to provide annual report along with the audited financial report on the subject matters of company’s board and behaviors of board members, risk management and internal control mechanism, organizational structure and staffing, and so on.
