SEBON directs to submit compliance report

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has directed Nepal Stock Exchange Limited, CDS & Clearing Limited, brokerage firms and all merchant bankers to submit Compliance Report on half-yearly basis. The circular issued today has directed the concerned organizations to submit an auditor-accredited Compliance Report twice a year. Issuing a press statement, the Board said that such provision will help improve internal compliance in these organizations, which in turn will make their services organized, regulated and transparent.
