SEBON directs to facilitate right share application through ASBA; also directs merchant bankers for auction applications outside Kathmandu

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has requested all the merchant bankers and ASBA approved members to form a process under which shareholders can fill right shares applications through ASBA process, so that the process of right share application is easier and accessible to all. Furthermore, the Board has also directed the concerned authorities to implement the bidding of unclaimed right shares outside the valley as well. The participation in auction shares should be implemented at least in seven major cities, namely Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadhi.
