SEBON approves 40% right issue of Surya Life Insurance Company; Paid up capital to reach Rs 101 crore

28,87,500 unit right share of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL) has been approved by Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON).
10:4 right share of the Life Insurance Company was added in the SEBON’s pipeline for approval on Magh 4, 2074.
NIC Asia Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager.
SLICL’s current paid up capital is Rs 72.18 crore. After the issuance of 40% right shares, the company’s paid up capital will reach Rs 101 crore.
