SEBON Adds Prabhu Capital's New Mutual Fund Scheme "Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" in Pipeline

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added the 'Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme' worth Rs 40 Crores in its pipeline on Kartik 30.

"Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" is an open-ended fund that will be floating 4 crore unit shares each at a par value of Rs 10 per share. The open-ended fund can increase or decrease the number of shares according to the requirement and they don’t have a maturity period. Open-end mutual funds are not traded in exchanges, and their units can only be traded via the fund manager.

The sponsor of the fund is Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU), while the fund manager is Prabhu Capital Limited (PRABHU).

Currently, Prabhu Capital is managing only one closed-end fund i.e Prabhu Select Fund (PSF).
