Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF) Distributing 22% Cash Dividend to Demat Accounts

Sanima Capital Limited (SANCAP) is distributing 22% cash dividend of Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF) directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders from 13th Ashwin, 2079.

The fund proposed a 22% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2078/79. Ashwin 9 was the book closure date. 

The company informs that the proceeds of the scheme (cash dividend) have been deposited through IPS after deducting the tax levied as per rules from Thursday to the updated bank accounts of the unit holders.

Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF), sponsored by Sanima Bank and managed by Sanima Capital, is a closed-end fund with a maturity of 7 years and a fund size of Rs. 1.30 Arba.

Last Year, SAEF announced a 33% cash dividend for FY 2077/78.

NOTE: Sanima Capital Limited requests that unit owners who have not yet had their units credited to the beneficiary account get in touch with them and change the beneficiary account number.

The company also notes that the arrangement for depositing returns (cash dividends) won't be made until the beneficiary account's bank account information has been updated. The unit owner is responsible for paying any fees associated with depositing the return (cash dividend) into the bank account in accordance with the rules of the relevant bank or financial institution.
