Lower Mid Rawa Khola Hydropower to Issue IPO Worth NPR 10 Crore

A share issuance agreement was signed on 23rd Ashadh 2082 between Lower Mid Rawa Khola Hydropower Project Limited and RBB Merchant Banking Limited for the public issuance of 10 lakh (1 million) primary shares at a face value of NPR 100 each, totaling NPR 10 crore.

The 4 MW hydropower project under construction in Khotang District has appointed RBB Merchant Banking, a subsidiary of Rastriya Banijya Bank, as the issue and sales manager. The agreement was signed by Executive Chairman Shambhu Prasad Ghimire and CEO Badri Prasad Pyakurel from the respective organizations.
